The hotel's location was unbeatable. The cozy bar area was a lovely spot to unwind. Our Junior Suite offered plenty of space.
My room was a bit small, and the window was not big enough, but it was not a problem.

Staff addressed pre-arrival requests efficiently. The team was very helpful, smiling, and ready to assist. The doorman was kind and had a great sense of service. Concierge service was available, though not used.

My room was quite small , despite being listed as a Beautiful Garden Room. The limited space made it hard to relax. The air conditioning also malfunctioned , resulting in a stuffy and uncomfortable night. These issues detracted from what should have been a better experience.

The staff was friendly and cute, rooms were clean. the bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night. complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar were a great addition. also, the late check out was much appreciated. It allowed me to relax a bit more before departing.
